Tidbits

  1. Organize as many things as possible early in your pregnancy. You’ll enjoy it more, and you might feel too tired to accomplish much toward the end.
  2. Walking is great exercise, and prenatal exercise videos are available as well. A prenatal exercise class is a great way to connect with other pregnant women and stay motivated to exercise.
  3. Try sucking on lemon candies to ease morning sickness and keep snacks with you at all times. Anti-seasickness wristbands (available at pharmacies) also relieve morning sickness and because they don’t use drugs, there are no side effects.
  4. Organize as many things as possible early in your pregnancy. You’ll enjoy it more, and you might feel too tired to accomplish much toward the end.

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

A new chapter in my life is about to begin! I ask, Lord, that You would take my fear and doubt, the burdens of my heart, and fill me with Your peace and comfort. I surrender my labor and delivery into Your loving hands and trust Your perfect timing for my baby’s birth. I surrender my labor and delivery into Your loving hands and trust Your perfect timing for my baby’s birth.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.
